ANNOUNCING: Need for Part Time Tutors

Want to be part of a different kind of tutorial group?

We are setting up a small tutorial group based in a village near UP and we're in need of part-time tutors to be part of the pioneer core group.

If you are
1. at least a 3rd year college student with good academic standing
2. available between 2:00 and 7:00 pm on at least one day from Monday to Saturday starting November 2008
3. someone who has the passion, drive, and commitment to guide elementary, high school, or college students in the following subjects:
* Math (includes Basic Math, Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus)
* Science (Chemistry or Physics)
* English (for elementary and high school)
* Other academic subjects (if needed)

College graduates or those with at least a Master's degree (or units) are also welcome to
apply. Teaching or tutorial experience is also an advantage.

SOME NOTES:

1. Applicants will be notified via e-mail or SMS if they will be included in the October 21 batch.

2. Interviewees are required to bring a true copy of their resume with picture; true copy of grades (TCG) or transcript of records (TOR); and the most recent certificate of enrolment or
Form 5 (for college undergraduates only).

3. The interview site is along the side of West Avenue towards SM North EDSA from Quezon Avenue, a walking distance from Delta and near the Manila Bulletin branch, Kowloon West restaurant and BDO. You can also go there by riding a Quiapo-Kalaw or Pier-bound jeepney from SM North EDSA.
